Use the settings below to configure your MostHosted email correctly.
Incoming mail server (IMAP or POP3)
Server: mail.mosthosted.com
IMAP – recommended when you want to use email on multiple devices
- With SSL: port

POP3 – for downloading email locally
With POP3, messages are generally downloaded locally and may then be removed from the server.

Outgoing mail server (SMTP)
Server: mail.mosthosted.com
SMTP settings for sending email
- With SSL: port
465 - With TLS: port
587 - Without SSL: port
25. This is not recommended and this port is often blocked by internet providers.
Security and authentication
- Encryption: preferably use SSL or TLS.
- Authentication: signing in is required. Use your full email address as the username and the corresponding password.
