My email password no longer works. How do I reset it?

If you have forgotten your email password or it no longer works, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your customer panel at my.mosthosted.com.
2. Click Services.
3. Click the relevant hosting plan.
4. Click Log in to the Control Panel to go to Plesk.
5. Navigate to Mail in the main menu, click Mail Accounts and then click the email address for which you want to change the password.
6. Enter a new password and save the changes.
7. Also update the new password in your email programs and apps.
